Salary: £39,558 - £45,337 (A46 – A52)

Hours: Full Time, permanent – 37 hours per week



Reaseheath College is one of the largest providers of Land Based Apprenticeships and Work Based Learning in the country. We have experienced significant growth in our apprenticeship provision. We pride ourselves on developing innovative and industry-relevant apprenticeship programmes in conjunction with our local, regional and national employers.



This is an exciting time to join the team and help shape the development of our future provision. We are looking to recruit an experienced manager with the ability to inspire and lead the apprenticeship team; work in collaboration with our Business Development team to generate new business; and deliver our strategic vision.



We welcome applications from exceptional candidates who can demonstrate the ability to lead staff, apprentices and employers to deliver excellent outcomes whilst building strong strategic partnerships and networks. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled communicator and have an outstanding ability to lead and manage, with a proven track record in supporting apprenticeships and skills development at a senior level.



This role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this.
